RECOMMENDATIONS: Bring water, sunscreen, repellent. Wear sneakers, comfortable clothing for walking  approximately 50 minutes, with some steep sections (medium level).

CHILDREN: Children aged 10 and over are allowed.

Located on the west side of Rio, inside the Pedra Branca State Park, with a lot of natural forest and wildlife. At 345 meters above sea level, Pedra do Telegrafo offers breathtaking views of the beaches, the Tijuca forest, Barra da Tijuca and the famous Restinga de Marambaia, a restricted access beach with almost 43km in length.

On this tour, we will pick you up from your hotel or inn* and take you to the location of Pedra do Telegrafo. On the way there, you will have the chance to see the beautiful beaches in the region, such as the beaches of Grumari, Prainha and Recreio dos Bandeirantes. Once there, we will make the trail to the Stone. There are about 1500m of trail (about 50 min).

The rock is famous as a photo spot, where you can stand on top of the rock or hang on to it and pretend you’re falling, as the rock is actually very close to the ground.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days, the day before, non-attendance, withdrawals, attendance of a smaller number than the one reserved, will be considered “no show”, without refund of due amounts.

Important information about periods of high season, holidays and major events, cities and avenues have movement above normal. There may be capacity at visiting points and connection places within our schedule.
