ACTIVITY: Surfing at Arpoador
FREQUENCY: Every day (Morning) according to sea conditions
APPROXIMATE DURATION: 1 hour of class
TIME: To be confirmed with the instructor
MEETING POINT: On the left side of Post 7- (looking out to sea)

INCLUDES: Surfboard, Strepe, Lycra with UV protection and paraffin

 NOT TO BRING: Valuable belongings

DESCRIPTION: During the surf lessons, the exercises are taught first in the sand, just with the movement of the body and then in the waves, favoring maximum efficiency and assimilation of the biomechanical movement.

PRICE PER PERSON:

40 reais by paypal and the balance due you pay direct to the instructor

CHILDREN: Children aged 10 and over are allowed.
